Our Governance
UUCL is governed by a board consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and three at-large members, elected every two years in a staggered arrangement. The Leadership Council reports to the board and obtains approval for high-level decisions, and budget needs.

Leadership Council
The Leadership Council consists of all Committee Chairs, the Governing Board, and the Staff. Committee chairs report their activities monthly to the Board. Each committee has a Board liaison that serves as a point-of-contact between the whole committee and the Board. The Leadership Council also meets several times per year to discuss important issues and to obtain updates from the Board.
