
A graduate of Meadville Lombard Theological School, Rev. Alice King has a long history of serving Unitarian Universalist congregations on both the west and east coasts. For nearly 10 years she served as the Young Adult and Campus Ministry Coordinator at the First Unitarian Universalist Church in San Diego. From 2015-2017, she was an intern minister at the Mount Vernon Unitarian Church.
Rev. Alice came to UU Loudoun as a contract minister in August 2017 and was recently called by this congregation as settled minister.
Rev. Alice also has extensive experience in holistic health practices, senior care, nonprofit leadership, and adult education.
She moved to the northern Virginia area in 2015 when her husband, Rev. David Miller, accepted the call as Senior Minister at the UU Congregation of Fairfax.
Pastoral Care
Rev. Alice King offers spiritual guidance and pastoral support to UUCL members and active friends. Such support may include relationship counseling, dealing with grief and loss, or seeking spiritual growth.
