The Advancing Justice Council supports an inclusive, multicultural, and multigenerational religious community that advances action on justice causes for UUCL to live its mission. Its purpose is to convene, coordinate, and support congregants to take action on justice causes by informing, organizing, and activating UUCL members in living our mission in the community.
The six justice focus areas are:
- Racial Justice
- Immigrant and Refugee Justice
- LGBTQIA+ Rights
- Earth Justice
- Democracy & Voting Rights
- Reproductive & Gender Justice
