Celebrating the Winter Solstice/Yule–we honor the reverse advent wreath and the Winter Solstice with a multi-generational service called The Solstice Badger. Wear something that sparkles, glitters or shines…if you feel so inclined!

Religious Exploration Groups for Children and Youth

Sunday December 20 is a Multi-generational Service at 10 am. All children, youth and families are invited to attend our special multigenerational Sunday worship service celebrating the Winter Solstice. There are NO Religious Exploration classes on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 20.

Sr. Youth Group Gingerbread Decorating Activity

Wednesday, December 30 at 2:00pm in the RE Space Zoom Room HERE.

Our Sr. Youth Group will meet up for a fun and casual online social event with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Sterling. Gingerbread House supplies will be dropped off at our youths’ residences prior to the event. Just set up a comfortable spot, log in to the UUCL RE Space Zoom Room (Room 2404193933) and hang out! The room will be chaperoned by two background checked adult volunteers but the space will be for the youth to chat, socialize and have some fun! All Youth, Grades 9 and up, are invited to join with the Youth Group at UUCL for our monthly joint Youth Group meeting with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Sterling. We will be meeting online and diving deeper into the theme “Stillness”. Please meet HERE.
