Religious Exploration Groups for Children and Youth–Sundays

This Sunday in the RE Space:

9:15 am – The Littles Group (Pre-K through Grade 1) This week we will honor our commitment to change! We will be exploring this through science experiments! We will make dish soap silly putty together so make sure you have some cornstarch and dish soap!

11:15 am – Children’s Group (Pre-K through Grade 4)  Everything changes, so be ready to never stop growing! We will explore the idea of our commitment to change by doing some science experiments together. If you want to do them to make sure you have the following: dish soap, cornstarch, food coloring, milk, water, pepper, a plate or shallow bowl and a cotton swap or Q-tip.

1pm – Jr. Youth Group (Middle School) Join us for Social Justice Sunday! We will be working together on the book, “This Book is Anti-Racist.” Together we will learn how to wake up, take action and do the work.

Sr. Youth Group Meeting

All Youth, Grades 9 and up, are invited to join with the Youth Group at UUCL for our monthly joint Youth Group meeting with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Sterling. We will be meeting online and diving deeper into the theme “Commitment”. Please meet HERE.
