Loudoun Cares – Information & Referral Helpline, we connect residents in need with local nonprofits and agencies that can assist with a variety of health and human services that include rent/utility assistance, food, clothing, medical/dental, housing, job services and more. We work closely with over 25 faith-based organizations to secure emergency financial aid for qualifying residents.

Utility assistance – The COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund and Helpline, operated in collaboration with Loudoun Cares and Catholic Charities, can provide up to $1,750/household in utility payment to qualifying Loudoun County residents affected by this crisis. Residents in need should call the Helpline at 703-669-5040 and leave a message. Press “1” once you hear the auto-attendant for Spanish.

Legal Services of Northern Virginia – This nonprofit law firm provides free legal counsel to the region’s low income and neediest populations on a matters related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Northern Virginia Family Services is monitoring the COVID-19 spread in Northern Virginia and has set up a response fund. Learn more and donate here. They are also accepting donations of non-perishable food, diapers, cleaning supplies and grocery store gift cards through their Amazon wish list. NVFS is also looking for coronavirus support volunteers to help provide food and supplies for people who need it, and they are looking for people to prepare meals off-site to be delivered to their SERVE homeless shelter.
